Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location and whether the item is shipped from a local regional warehouse.
Do Creality 3D printers come with a warranty?
Yes, all our 3D printers come with a 12-month limited warranty for major components. Consumables such as nozzles, belts, and glass plates are covered for 3 months from the date of purchase.
What is your return policy for open-box electronics?
We offer a 14-day return window for items in their original packaging. If the printer has been used, a restocking fee may apply. Please contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Can I update the firmware on my printer without voiding the warranty?
Official firmware updates provided on the Creality website do not void your warranty. However, installing third-party custom firmware is done at your own risk and may affect warranty claims related to the mainboard.
