Technical Assessment
For hardware issues, provide photos or videos of the printing fault so our engineers can determine if a replacement part or a full return is required.
Secure Packaging
Once approved, pack the item in its original Creality packaging including all nozzles, tools, and SD cards to prevent damage during transit.
